The banning of Chateau Heartiste, a.k.a. Chateau Roissy, the long-running manosphere blog, is a serious setback for white advocacy.
There’s a good deal of tension between the White Nationalist part of the Dissident Right and the pick-up artist section of the manosphere. Pick-up artistry is decried as degenerate and immoral, as well as an impediment to the reconstruction of white societies.
We are nevertheless allies in the fight against the progressive Left, insofar as both groups stand for a constituency which is named as an enemy of Diversity – whites and males. There’s also significant overlap between the groups – most White Nationalists are male, and most PUA men are white. However, Heartiste was more than your typical PUA.
Heartiste has been around for a long time in internet terms. His blog is devoted not just to teaching men game, as in the ability to pick up chicks, but also the ability to discern between women to be married or not, to differentiate between the various types of women, using such heuristics as her behavior and physiognomy – indeed, his comment sections were a treasure trove of experience with regard to female physiognomy. Heartiste was also adept at sussing out the character of males from their physiognomy. But his greatest contribution, in my opinion, was dread game – the art of keeping a woman once you’ve picked her up. You could call it the long game.
Briefly, dread game consists in keeping a woman in a constant state of mild to moderate dread of abandonment, which can be escalated if signs of disloyalty are detected. If the basic assumption of PUA, that women are hypergamous and submit to high-status, dominant men is taken as true, then what follows with regard to a successful marriage is that a woman must at all times perceive her husband as a high-status, dominant man. One indicator of male status are options and the lust of other women – many women want to be with Chad Thundercock. Dread game consists of convincing your woman, by hook or crook, that you are Chad Thundercock and that her position as your main squeeze is not secure. A woman who smells that your sexual options are limited to her and your hand is a woman who will eviscerate you, drain you of all resources, and cuckold you with Chad Thundercock.
If this sounds tough and nigh impossible, it is because it is tough and nigh impossible, chiefly for the reason that you’re in all probability not Chad Thundercock. There’s really nothing wrong with not being Chad. Alphas are few and far between, and a society consisting entirely of alphas would probably descend into constant war of all against all as the various Chads escalate their status grabs. At some point, you’re just sick of it all, and you want to be left to your private peace, so you kiss whosever’s ring and go home. That’s beta. Submission, even to an overwhelming force one’d be insane to challenge, is inherently beta, and women hate betas.
However, in olden times, the Chads needed the betas to work and fight for them. There’s also the fact that a Chad who monopolizes the females will quickly earn himself a knife in the back, courtesy of a horny beta, or find himself surrounded by 10 betas armed with spears, or get decapitated in his sleep by those same betas. So the Chads refrained from throwing their weight around and even created institutions that loaned Chadhood to betas – these being the official state and church sanction of marriage and punishment of female adultery, both secular and religious. In return, the betas kept king Chad’s peace. Dread game back then was as easy as reminding your wife that stepping out meant death, and not necessarily by your hand, but very public death and shaming at the hands of both secular and religious authorities.
Life is tougher today. Not only do you have to be the supreme alpha of your wife’s existence, you’re not even competing with just your garden-variety Chads. Hulking though their biceps may be, they’re little children when compared to the ultimate Chad – big daddy government.
There’s no way to be more alpha than the government. Status grabs against the government are categorized as ‘crime’ and punished with overwhelming force. You can’t command bigger wads of cash or vaster armies of men than the government. They take your lunch money and call it taxes. They tread on you, and you love it. It’s not the nanny state – it’s the pot-bellied, bearded 1% biker state.
Their media signaling tells your woman to reject you and become a strahng, independant whaman who don’t need no man, which essentially means a wife of the state – at best working some dead-end make-work office job while her ovaries wither away, at worst birthing a cohort of thieves and whores as a single mother – a concubine of great esteem in the vast harem of big daddy government.
We can, of course, complain, but complaining is beta. Complaining is evidence not just of having to suffer indignities (a marker of low status if there ever was one), but also of inability to take it. I suspect that’s why libertarians usually can’t get laid: if you whine about the government all day, people think of you as a whiny bitch, which is never a good look on a man.
Now, the Chad thing to do would be to resist the government and the ruling class in general, but the ruling class doesn’t really like that, so it squishes you like a bug. For all the women they’ve bedded, Heartiste couldn’t protect his blog from WordPress, and Roosh V couldn’t protect his books from Amazon. Opposing the official policies of the government and the will of Globohomo is very Chad, but marks you for destruction. Violent resistance against Globohomo gets you killed or imprisoned.
While bearing this in mind, we are supposed to practice dread game and be the dominant alpha in our women’s lives. It’s tough, but not impossible. The thing about Globohomo is, it’s big, but it can’t be everywhere. As in military matters, all it really takes is local superiority, whether numerical, material, or tactical, which is to say, be the biggest Chad on your two square feet, even if Globohomo bestrides the world like a colossus.
We have the upper hand in the tactical realm as we have maximum proximity to our wives and we can take care to be bigger Chads than any representative of the government or the broader Globohomo to them. If your wife works, make sure to have bigger biceps than her boss and to act more decisively than him. Ideally, she works for you, in your business, or her primary occupation is the raising of your children and maintenance of your home.
You must also learn to do the right thing despite your wife’s protestations – limiting her access to a circle of hens who gossip and compete to be the biggest whore is essential – or in other words, make sure she has no single friends. If you can’t afford to move out to the country, where there are fewer single women roaming the streets, this can be done by charming her friends without closing the deal. Worst case scenario – the single friend argues with your woman over how big of a dick you are, and your woman is a bit sore for several days, but develops abandonment dread in her. This will bring complaints that you’re “too controlling.” This is what’s known as a shit test – womanly bullshit to test your resolve. Do not get defensive, but rather rebuff the woman. My favorite response is a variation on “you’d crash and burn without my control.” But you can never fully control your woman in this way in the modern world. In the olden days, the king and bishop were on your side. Today’s faceless bureaucrats and media moguls are 100% against you. And even the biggest Chads cannot guarantee constant success against the full power of the government and media.
If you are on the Dissident Right, expect the women in your life to stab you in the back and betray you for Globohomo. You can have a good deal of control and project good enough dominance over your wife or girlfriend, but you’re quite open for betrayal by your female relatives or . . . heh, friends. They will side with the state, unless they are themselves under the influence of dominant men, and even then it’s just a matter of those men blinking for a second. If your female relatives are single or divorced, expect them to side with Globohomo over you. Suspect even your mother – hypergamy teaches us that a woman will fully endorse the murder of her children if it means access to the supreme Chad.
Does this mean that we retreat into the woods, build treehouses, and stick giant “No Gurls Allowd” signs on them, forming Männerbunds to fight the good fight and collectively reclaim our right to reproduce? Well, we’re already doing that. The woods are the internet, the treehouses are the various platforms, and we’re actually in possession of a far more potent woman-repellant than a “No Gurls Allowd” sign, which is to say dissident politics. The mere mention of our various tenets terrifies women because to be a Dissident Rightist is to counter-signal the supreme Chad Globohomo. And here we are in the Männerbund, girding ourselves for battle, hashing out the various ways in which we can survive and fight back. But we still want women, and more than women, we want wives.
The first line of defense is not to include women in politics. This means to stop bellyaching about “women in the movement.” Women are fickle and back the strongest side. First we win, then we get the women. Likewise, do not fall for the charms of online women who are ostensibly “based and redpilled.” Even if they are, they’ll squirm the moment they feel vulnerable, and we don’t, at the moment, have the power to protect them. Above all, do not involve women in real-life political activism where you risk being exposed as beta to the state and Globohomo. Fighting and losing is manly, and a woman will forgive, but being made to kiss the ring, as is for example the case in most democratic politics, that’s degrading and unforgivable.
Keep in mind, however, that you can only keep the political and personal apart for so long, because the personal is the political, and especially if you’re a white man seeking to get married and make babies – the state is directly interested in denying you that path in life. Expect the knife in the back, prepare for it, steel your heart as much as can be steeled, and let your resolve not waver. Even if you’re Chad Thundercock, especially if you’re Chad Thundercock, because the Globohomo is particularly interested in tearing down Chad Thundercock.
Tonight, I’ll hold my wife in my arms, and I’ll kiss her. And she’ll go limp with submission when she feels herself physically overpowered. I’ll be her golden prince, and she’ll know the joy of a woman completely owned by a powerful man, for I have, for the time being, convinced her that I am a lion beloved of God. And I’ll love her until the stars fall out of the sky.
But at the back of my mind there’ll be that demon which is equal parts jadedness and naïveté: the knowledge that even the slightest misstep, the tiniest atom of weakness shown can send her down the path of betrayal. I guess that lies at the heart of the terrible tragedy of being a man in the modern world – that you have regard with suspicion the woman you love.

By now there’s enough of us that we don’t need big names to win new converts – just redpill your friends or random people on social networks and we’ll be a substantial minority in every country.

Although I would take his side anyway, I have to say, all that game chatter is masturbatory after a while. It is hedonistic, and, to paraphrase a Black activist speaking to other Blacks in the 60s: you’re not going to fuck your way out of this problem.
Given your comment, I take it for granted that you have not been following his site. The site would never have been blocked had he carried on with his PUA chatter only. But he turned rather hardcore WN in his comments after a while, and his audience very much followed him. A few clearly stated that they refused to visit his site any more because the PUA bit was being downplayed too much.

He has pretty much taken the consequence of Devlin’s Sexual Utopia in Power in his personal interactions. And I hate to admit it, but even after having been married for 25 years, he has given me some astonishing insight into the female psyche. I have just quit taking any nagging bs, I tell her my mind without caring what here feelings on the issue may be, and I more clearly ‘go my own way’ not caring if she comes along or not (I try to always invite her along as a rule). The white male-female antagonism of the current zeitgeist is central to why western culture is crumbling before our very eyes. It’s the most egregious crime against the white race that has been committed. You don’t see this gender animosity in the black community.
However, I find your last paragraph to be more instructive than the entire article. You inadvertently admit that it is in fact men, not women, who are subjected to “dread” game. It is in fact us, because the tables have been flipped, who constantly feel insecure about our ability to hold onto our woman. It is IMPOSSIBLE to maintain this illusion to a woman that she is the one that will lose out by risking losing you, when YOU are the one falling

I promise you this, very few women who are above average in attractiveness go to sleep worrying about keeping you. They have been programmed since birth to not worry about that. I don’t have any links to verified stats on me at the moment, but I’d rekon to guess that rates of relationship abuse and every other sort of crime occurs between Black couples in the USA at far, far greater rates than among White couples.
If we’re not hearing about it, it is only likely due to the liberal media’s general policy of downplaying crimes or various social dysfunctions amongst people of color and other various outlier/minority groups– e.g., lesbian couples, IIRC, have higher rates of relationship abuse than heterosexual couples
We could also add to this that, even if the liberal media wasn’t intent on downplaying these types of things, given that they’re comprised mostly of wealthy White and Jewish people who live in upper middle class or upper class gated communities / social bubbles (i.e., those out of touch with Normie America), they don’t really care enough about their token “victim groups” to actually address any of the real issues affecting them. I hate to say “Democrats are the real racists”, but, de-facto, if you look at the practical results of leftist socio-economic policies, they’re far more racist than any of us here on the far-right in terms of actual damage caused to various POC groups.

Au contraire mon frere. I do indeed see it. In the largest subset of the Black Community – the urban poor ghetto dwellers (UPGD) – my observation is that the gender antagonism is 100x more severe than with our people I believe it may be factorably higher in the black middle-class as well due to black women either having a higher degree of innate hypergamy or their inability to control it relative to their white counterparts.
If it appears otherwise to you, it’s down to 2 main reasons, I believe. One: b/c when observing from a distance, Globohomo’s Ministry of Truth merely parrots the narrative from the Black Racial Vanguard and their multi-kulti (((handlers))) giving the illusion of a totally united front. I have near daily interactions with the UPGD – in my observation, they are not even close to monolithic. Two: while the black community is not *totally* in lock-step on everything, when push comes to shove their ethnocentricity trumps all other disagreements – including gender.

The State may be the best provider, it may crush you instantly, it can make you kiss the ring, and it may look as the ultimate alpha, but it is not because it has no cock. It is a eunuch. Male suspicion of women is based on what happened when we a) gave them the vote and b) put them in war industries. Losing WWI would have been a small price to pay to avoid what happened, and continues to happen, in our domestic politics.

I’m an elderly white lady, happily married to the same man for 45 years, a mother and grandmother. I happened upon CH some time ago, and found him to be spot-on about relations between men and women. His writing made me uncomfortable precisely because it was blunt, accurate and true. However, I never would have thought that ten or twenty years ago.
Look for old women to be your allies. Once we’re past menopause we can see clearly again (as we could as girls before puberty). The fertile period of a woman’s life blinds her to many realities in order to get her to reproduce with the best male she can find.

I hope that Chateau Heartiste can reappear. I always thought his game advice was mostly a way to give beta males a fighting chance in a sexual market stacked increasingly against them.
The state can be challenged by white men alright. Where I live there is chapter of the Hell’s Angels that is left completely alone by state authorities as far as I can tell. This chapter consists of whites. I know that chapters in other countries have been taken over by non-whites. But I never see any non-white HAs locally. The situation over here may be a little bit different from the one in the US, where Jeely appears to be based. The state has stretched itself to a breaking point by permitting the emergence of mainly muslim parallel communities. Severe cuts to all essential budgets and this includes the police budget. Police will appear if you call them, and not always, generally they are practically non-existent. It all goes to welfare to keep the muslims happy. The sufficiently robust and criminally minded can exploit the openings created in this way. The state has to rely on people to exert its power and if you can threaten these people then you can achieve a lot of things. The right underestimates what really big muscles and brutality can achieve. We all have to go to the gym a lot more.
You cannot view the state as an isolated big fat eunuch either. Disregarding the criminal underworld, the state is in cahoots with more ordinary alphas that gain a lot of opportunities if women are left to their instincts on the sexual market. This is one of the biggest problems with feminism: Alphas that would be required as leaders in combating it get corrupted by profiting from it. These alphas sit everywhere. They have no reason to position themselves against feminism.
Hell’s Angels and other gangs, white or otherwise are beneficiaries of anarcho-tyranny. The law-abiding get tyrannized, the criminals get a pass for a variety of reasons, chiefly because a cop can get shot raiding a HA hangout, but not when harassing a white commuter on the way to work.
Sadly, not every man has it in him to be a Hell’s Angel. Only when galvanized into action can the ordinary white man enact brutality and violence on his enemies and that takes leadership. The alphas are both distracted by easy pussy and prohibited from being alpha by metooing harpies, so that leadership is lacking for the time being.

Ok, ok, sorry, here are the main points:
* White betas need to stop theorizing. They have to compensate for inferior genes by superior physical training, superior street smarts, and forming groups. Otherwise, they will be removed from the gene pool by simple Darwinian processes. It’s probably already happening as alphas having many affairs necessarily end-up conceiving more children than betas. Beyond that, the female instinct of seeking out alphas is actually making a comeback in terms of it being adaptive. It increases the probability of protection conferred by these alphas in an anarcho-tyrannical society that is ever more tilting towards anarchy.
* You can say that the sexual market today is becoming akin to tropical conditions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Strong, brutally-minded males were selected for. What tropical conditions provided there, technical civilization under anarcho-tyrannical conditions provides here.
* Seen from this perspective, male Sub-Saharan immigrants are pre-adapted. Similar genes cannot spread quickly enough among white males to compensate for it.
* However, it all depends on technical civilization being kept up. A final equilibrium cannot consist of Sub-Saharan levels of average IQ and average violence as that would render technical civilization unworkable.
* There is an argument that absolute numbers of high-IQ people count more than relative numbers. This argument ignores the political effect of ever-growing majorities of low-IQ people. Affirmative action is already deeply embedded at technical workplaces, as is nepotism and ethno-centrism among the workforce. Meritocracy is being dismantled before our eyes and cannot continue to be dismantled indefinitely. At some point the margin of safety may become too narrow and something goes catastrophically wrong, affecting all of society.
* Absent any society-wide catastrophes, the final outcome will be a fractured society with males tending to be stronger and more brutally-minded than today’s males.
* Motorcycle gangs may be abhorrent in many ways, but they are examples of males taking things into their own hands instead of just talking about it. White betas need to copy the good things from them while discarding the bad things. Of course that won’t suffice, many more things will need to done, but it will be a start.
No matter how adroit a man might be with game, after marriage he is still in a state of statutory effeminization. Today females have the legal upper-hand in divorce, hence an administrative state of female supremacy, resulting in loss of female eroticism and the rise of the unhappy female, translating as domestic hell for the man because his options are limited and painful, unless he married up. Legally structuring divorce to be harder on the women than the man would realign the universe to its natural relation. My understanding is that traditionally after a divorce the kids went with with the breadwinner, usually the man. This kept things proper in the Vedic sense one might say. Most women do not want to give up their kids. Most men do not want to raise the kids without mom’s help. The kids want mom in the house giving her traditional leverage, but legally men should should win the bread, women run the house, and in divorce kids go with the breadwinner. The tension of this arrangement kept families together.
When I first arrived at CH and read 3-4 blog posts in a row, my first impression was that this guy is either a homosexual seeking male attention in a twisted way, or someone very lonely who lives in the proverbial mother’s basement in his fantasy world. So I googled him, and found a 40-something, effeminate, sad accountant. Honestly, I don’t understand how obvious role players and totally inauthentic people in general have careers on the internet. Are we not all born with bullshit detectors in our heads?
But even if we accept Heartiste at face value, young men should think of themselves as future patriarchs and founders of great dynasties. Why do they follow a contrived blog instead of following what their ancestors followed for thousands of years? It’s baffling.
