Just as there are laws like those of thermodynamics that explain the physical world there is a law that explains the human world. It is:
The greater a place’s percentage of white people the better its quality of life. The better a place’s quality of life the more it will attract non-white people. If this is permitted, a place’s quality of life will diminish.
