Counter-Currents
Note: One of our readers has provided us with copies of the three missing Bowden speeches. We will run them on three consecutive Fridays. I want to thank our anonymous benefactor.
Jonathan Bowden’s website was taken down after his death. On the site, he had archived MP3s of a number of his speeches. I do not have copies of three of these speeches:
- Manchester, February 1, 2006
- Blackpool, June 21, 2005
- Blackburn, May 26, 2005
Please check your computers to see if you have copies of these files. If you do, contact me at [email protected], and I will make them available at Counter-Currents.
Thanks for your loyal readership and support!

Greg have you ever learned any details about Jonathan Bowden’s last days and death. Does he have a literary executor. Was there a ritual burning papers. Are there survivors, other keepers of the flame???
Alex Kurtagic is writing a book about Bowden’s life. Whatever we know about his death will be in there. His papers are with Kurtagic. His paintings are with the executor of his estate. Last September, I looked through the paintings — more than 300 of them, many of them not reproduced in this art books. It brought home what a great loss his early death was.
The Wayback Machine seems to indicate that the files in question were captured (i.e. saved, one presumes):

How then to access these archived files? Afraid I don’t know. Over to you guys.

Was this talk recorded by any chance?
Yes, and it has recently been made available on DVD. I will run a review soon.
Success! One of our readers has sent us copies of the missing Bowden MP3s. I will make them available on three consecutive Fridays.
Do you remember that video on his website where he talks about his paintings one by one? I’ve never come across that video anywhere else, have you Greg?

I would love to see that. Does anyone have a copy of that?
Does anyone have a copy of the speech he did in America?
He did two speeches in America, one for CC which is on this site. I assume you are speaking of the Atlanta speech, though, from 2009. It is possible that it was taped by one fellow, but he has never replied to any of my attempts to contact him.
