Paul Fromm tells the astonishing story of Brad Love, the doughty Canadian brick-layer who has been repeatedly arrested and jailed by the Canadian authorities for writing non-threatening letters to newspapers, politicians, and public officials protesting Canada’s insane immigration policies. This is truly a Kafkaesque tale of Political Correctness, brought to us in good part by the very same people who brought us Kafka himself.

Thank you Paul for this interesting story about Brad Love. I am a Canadian and I had not heard of him. Of course, in the boonies where I live we have to look at the flag pole to know which way the wind is blowing.
Canadians are notorious conformists and punish anyone right or left who steps over the invisible line, so this does not surprise me at all. However, I would like to know if any of his letters are available to read. I would like to know how they (our righteous leaders and bureaucrats) determine hate. I am afraid that in this day and age language does matter. Attitudes are punished. Quebec does not have the language police for nothing.
I recently tried to read a new biography of Adrien Arcand, but got so frustrated trying to pull the negative adjectives away from the facts. The adjectives and adverbs were used to tell you how you must interpret these facts. The author won a prize for this shit. He must have worked from a dictionary of synonyms for the word bad.
Sounds to me like Brad suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour and should be receiving help instead of being dragged through the courts.
Wonderful how an individual can be isolated and his life destroyed. As rhonndda said I am a Canadian and I had not heard of him. Is there a lesson there?
Well, Sandy, even if he is compulsive obsessive, he had a point if he worried about our country and I would give him cudos for that. He is up against a huge bureaucracy that wants to crush dissent and he has become the example to others which is very effective. He needs a lawyer who knows the game, especially the language game, but they are one in a million.
rhondda. Brad does have an excellent lawyer by the name of Doug Christie. Paul Fromm in a talk about Brad said that Brad told him that a detective told him that the reason they could arrest him was that he was on his own and lacked the backing of an organization as the lone heroes of the left have. I think you can still get the tape from Paul for $6 + postage.

This the same guy that successfully represented Ernst Zündel: the guy that led the Holofraud movement. He has a website Zundelsite.com and some interesting youtube videos …

Canada is a gulag …. and so is the EU.
This is what WW2 vets fought and died for …… Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. are ZOG wars and so was WW2.
I just Googled: “Brad Love + CBC” ….. and it came up blank.
The state funded CBC – i.e. Canadian Broadcasting Corporation – is actually the Communist Brainwashing Corporation and is a piece of garbage and a tool for misinformation. If one wants to know what actually going on one must turn to the blogsphere, but I’m sure the operators of the gulag will try to shut that down soon.
What I heard was that the charges were breaches of probation. It sounds like the police are moving the goal posts. Someone with the same political views as you, and has had his own run ins with the law society is most likely seeing it politically, instead of legally and not a good choice for a lawyer in my opinion. The police are playing mind games. Those are what need to be exposed. As for the politics, well, I would want a lawyer with an impeccable reputation with his peers. After all they are supposed to be objective and one who likes to win.
