Since my last update, “The Costs and Benefits of Controversy [2],” our supporters have really rallied to our aid.
First, we have received 21 donations ranging from $5 to $250, totaling $1,475. This brings our grand total is now $12,730.30. Our goal is $25,000, so we are more than half way there. Thank you for your loyal support!
Second, we have received a new matching grant offer of $1,000. Over the next two weeks, our donor will match donations up to a total of $1,000. So if you have been hesitating to chip in, now is a good time, because the next $1,000 we receive will be matched. Thank you, kind donor!
Matching grants are a wonderful way to give and encourage others to give as well. If you wish to offer a matching grant to help us make our goal, please contact me at [email protected] [3].
You can make two different types of donations:
- First, you can make is a single donation of any size.
- Second, you can make a recurring donation of any size.
Recurring donations are particularly helpful, since they allow us better to predict and plan for the future. We have added several new levels for recurring donations. Please visit our Donations [4] page for more information.
We can also customize the amount of a monthly donation. There are, moreover, other ways to make monthly donations besides Paypal, although it is the most convenient. For more details, contact Mike Polignano at: [email protected] [5]
There are several ways to make one-time donations:
- The easiest is through Paypal. For a one-time donation, just use the following button:
- You can send check, money order, or credit card payment by mail. Just print out our donation form in Word [6] or PDF [7].
- You can make a secure credit card donation direct from our Donation [4] page.
Please give generously!
Thank you for your readership and support.
